This is why we work on a fixed fee basis, where one fee covers all the legal preparation work and anticipated hearings necessary for the relevant offence. The fee remains the same no matter how much preparation work is carried out on your matter, with no hidden fees.
Drink, Drug, and Failure to Provide a Specimen Cases
- £350.00 + VAT to include a review of your evidence in relation to your case and either written or verbal advice in relation to this evidence.
- Guilty plea with representation at court: £1,200 + VAT (to include representation at one Court hearing)
- Not guilty plea including all preparation work and representation at two court hearings (Plea hearing and Trial hearing): £3,500 + VAT
Miscellaneous Cases
- £350.00 + VAT to include a review of your evidence in relation to your case and either written or verbal advice in relation to this evidence.
- Guilty plea with representation at court: £1,200 + VAT (to include representation at one Court hearing)
- Preparing exceptional hardship and representation at Court £1,350 + VAT (to include representation at one Court hearing)
- Special Reasons with representation at Court £1,340 + VAT (to include representation at one Court hearing)
- Not guilty plea including trial preparation and representation at Court £1,400 + VAT (to include representation at one Court hearing)
Serious Cases
- Please speak to us to assess your case and the cost will be provided on a fixed fee basis. This is to include a review of your evidence in relation to your case and either written or verbal advice in relation to this evidence.
- To include appeals to the Crown Court, Dangerous Driving, Causing Serious Injury or Death by Careless/Dangerous Driving etc.
